Holiday Information
Just a quick thank you for the usual Village Farm hospitality over the last week. It was SO lovely to be back in Northumberland and to have the comfort of Wool Cottage as a base. It made us realise that 4 years is far too long to be away. We love what you have done with the cottage - the new kitchen and bathroom have added more luxury without losing character. We were also very impressed with the pool complex - the sauna and jacuzzi being a great way to wind down. You must continue to be very proud of what you have and we hope that you continue the good work for many years - we want to be able to spend much more time there when we eventually retire! I suspect that we will not be with you next year due to many commitments on both money and time but hopefully 2012 will bring us back - perhaps experimenting with a different time of year. We loved this holiday. We wanted to do self catering without having to go ona big holiday park - the cottage has been fantastic and pool ideal. It's so Perfect! Our baby enjoyed it too. Thank you for a lovely stay. The hard work you put in to make us comfortable is much appreciated. Thank you for such a fantastic holiday. The Flat was beautiful and in a great location. The spa was amazing and was what we needed to feel relaxed. Also the chocolate cake was delicious and a great added touch. We have just returned to Paris, and I wanted to say thank you for the quality of your facilities and your house. Everything was very user-friendly and relaxing, and the 'un-policed' freedom you allow your visitors - including our teenagers- was very welcome, precious even. We have had a lovely week in Pantiles Cottage. The accommodation is fantastic and all the on-site facilities are second-to-none...Many thanks for the wine and flowers on arrival.They are a nice touch. We are looking forward to seeing you again at the end of the year. Liked the website - very easy to use and informative. Directions very accurate and easy to follow. We have just had the absolute pleasure of staying in your Coquet Lodge last weekend and felt that I had to write and say thank you so very much for a most wonderful weekend. It was always going to be a lovely break as we had no husbands or children to worry about or take care of, but we could not possibly have anticipated just how fabulous it was going to be. We are always a little wary when booking on-line as to whether the pictures of the properties are true, but we were not disappointed. We arrived about 6.15 on the Friday and to be honest we didn't want to leave. What a beautiful lodge it was, very comfortable and homely! As soon as we returned home on the Sunday evening, we were all looking to see when we could bring our families! Just a quick message to say thank you for last weeks holiday at Melrose. Once again we had a fantastic time and had a struggle to get the kids to come home. They are already asking when we are returning, and when we do come back we look forward to seeing the new pool area. The best thing for us as a family is the value for money with the lovely cottage and all the facilities. Just wanted to say a huge thank you after our recent stay at Coquet Lodge. The accommodation and all facilities were excellent, we truly had a magnificent time on our first family holiday. I have already been looking to see when we can come again! We can't think of anything to improve our holiday. After a hectic and difficult year we were looking forward to a calm,relaxed holiday, which is what you provided. All the facilities were there if we needed them, but you also gave us the space to get on with it. Many thanks, we will be back, as will family and friends if we can persuade them! Thank you very much for the stay at Viewfield. We have had an excellent holiday, despite the weather! We have found the house to be an excellent size and layout for two families and, in particular, very child-friendly for our troop! The location has been ideal - so close to Alnwick for our trips to Morrison's and so easy to return to for a walk or sit in the garden. What a beautiful view we've enjoyed from the garden and from the beautifully dedorated and comfortable lounge. Thanks again for providing such a peaceful property. Felt that we had to write and let you know what a fabulous time we all had. We have booked holidays and accommodation over the Internet before, but we have not been so surprised in such a positive way as we were when we walked into viewfield. A clean modern comfortable home from home with views to die for. The beautiful flowers and bottle of wine were the icing on the cake. The children and grandparents alike thought the place was fantastic. Many thanks again. If we lived closer we would certainly return on a more frequent basis and for a longer period. We loved the privacy the gardens gave to each property. A lovely holiday home and ideal for our break with daughter and grandchildren. Thank you. Thank you so much for all the many facilities you provided to make our holiday so enjoyable. We all had such a great time from the 10 month old to the 70 year old! The accommodation was so good, I felt I was visiting the home of a friend. All your thought, planning and hard work was much appreciated. |
