As you know, we do NOT allow dogs in some properties (the Farmhouse, Farriers View, Murrayfield, Coquet Lodge, Kielder Chalet, Pantiles Cottage, Viewfield and Brooks Cottage). For the sake of safety and cleanliness all dogs must be kept on a lead and all their business picked up. There are walks across the fields and some field areas for the dogs to be exercised. No dogs are allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture. Do not leave them unattended in the properties, please.
There are supplies of logs in the sheds at Town Foot next to the cottages and Village farm near the bins next to Pine chalet and the Farmhouse. Viewfield, Murrayfield Farriers View, Brooks Cottage and Wool Cottage have their own stores. Please ask for more if they are getting low.
The Booking List is up in the Gym. Please only use the court for tennis and wear the proper footwear. No biking, football, cricket, roller-blading on the court.. Tennis balls can be bought in the Gym.
General grocery store McColls is open very early till late.

Post Office is situated in K Chem chemist. (closed on Sat and Sun).

We try to ensure that every property is equipped with everything that you might need for your stay..
However, sometimes things get broken or lost without us knowing about it. Or perhaps there is a gadget or utensil that you would find particularly useful.
If there is please do not hesitate to let us know and we will try to get one for you!
How to help us on your Departure Date
1. strip the beds you have used.
2. leave the keys in the properties
3. make helpful comments on the Questionnaire and add tips in the suggestion book.
4. try to vacate as close to 10.00am as possible.
